Your driver apparently attempted delivery at 18.05pm today.... looking at my security camera, I can see that I was outside on my driveway at this time. There was no attempt to deliver. Utterly shocking service.

Your driver supposedly attempted delivery of my parcel ! I have my items delivered to my place of work, and there are always a number of people around, so I find it hard to believe that he could not complete the delivery, also nothing was left to say that a delivery had been attempted!! Not good enough Hermes!!!

Your service is terrible -it always has been and has certainly not improved since Evri took over. It is truly unfortunate that Amazon use your delivery service. You are a disgrace to the logistic profession.

Always a problem with the delivery of the package. When I see that it is sent by Hermes, I am already wondering what will happen this time and what will be the delay or problem. It is like that every time. I don't know why but I have a very bad experience with your courier company.

Still waiting for a parcel supposed to arrive one week ago. Tracking number provided does not seem to exist. Hermes cannot be contacted.

Zero actual customer service. Lottery as to if items will arrive. Paid Insurance and claiming like pulling teeth. It's not worth it. Pay a little more and use someone else. Best avoided. Check other reviews.

Utterly dreadful service. Tracking unreliable and no real customer service. A crummy chatbot best they can do. Lost parcels and getting compensation I paid extra for like pulling teeth and take a month so two months since loosing one parcel. Pay a little more and use a decent service. I've given up as a lottery as to if things arrive. Avoid.
