My order is taking to long to be delivered ered you only get 1 star hermes should be shut down for good they don't care they are so bad

Driver couldn't be bothered to wait til I answered the door, leaving a very large box in full view on front of my door. Very rude. One star as it wouldn't kettle me give less!

Parcel states as signed for at the Delivery Address earlier Today which is impossible as I was not Home and none of my Neighbors have taken it in. No Photo proof of delivery.

I've ordered work pants and they should have been here today, hermes now say they'll be here from.the 18th-22 so that's a 5.day window, absoloute joke, never will.i use hermes every time they deliver anything they're always late, also If I buy from people who use hermes I'd purposely go elsewhere for this reason!

I am home and no one knock at the door

I've always found Evrie absolutely appalling and very poor service. At every availability, I avoid sellers who use the company as their courier. How you remain in business is an absolute mystery to me, as customers constantly complain of poor service, and more disturbingly, theft of their items.

They never ring the bell just dump it on the steps

They update false delivery update. Without trying to delivery they just update like tried to deliver but was failed…. No proper update is given

Cannot understand why people continue to use this service, how they survive in todays market amazes me, utter rubbish compared with most other delivery companies

Where is my parcel?

Parcel meant to be delivered on 8th now the 14th and still no sign of it.

Twice they say the business is closed can't deliver RUBBISH it was open both times very poor service

Never arrived on correct day never mind on time 3 days after expected timetotal waste of time
