I haven’t got to my delivery date yet but after reading the reviews I can tell this is going to be hard work ?

It's worst company I had business ever . No chance that u'll get parcel at the time. Once I wait my watch and get empty bag with hole

Dont matter if you are at home they always say you werent in so your delivery got delayed.. Im sure they just lazy to come to certain areas. At least put a little effort in or if you dont want to be a delivery driver then find something else

Horrible and useless. Hermes never deliver on time from the first attempt. Always they lost my parcel.

Really dissapointed says delivery date 4 and 7th then it says delivered on the 29th left in porch... not received any parcel delivery confirmation or parcel

Not happy with your service day 3 you still can't deliver my parcel someone been in all day and still waiting. I can't track my parcel because you charge for tracking what a rip off

I was expecting a delivery either yesterday or today The tracking chech at 3 45 on Friday showed they were still expecting it at their hub. It was collected from the sender on Tuesday. This is awful and the reason why I rarely buy on line. Another wasted day! No rating applicable

This company is the worst and most unreliable and they lie about failed deliveries and blame the customer when they don’t even try
