Awful. Next day delivery is a joke with this company.

Where is my parcel, you sent me a blank picture and I have been in all day, either deliver it or I will cancel the order and go elsewhere!!!!!!!!

I never got next day delivery from them, they said they delivered it but no parcel no prove and no footages of it

If I could give less than 1star I would.

Five weeks and no delivery, they say it's lost in their network, very bad service I have informed they company I bought from they are sending a replacement yes you think it would come via another delivery company but no Hermes with a new name sorry I can't give any stars. Hope I get This parcel.

Still waiting for delivery, been over a week

This company is the worst My flat has a code to get in So I leave a note stick to the wall, saying call me to get the code But yet this company saying they try to deliver the goods A lot of rubbish with this company Hermes should come down and leave the delivery to others

Says attempted delivery, but been in all day and no one called. I suspect delivery driver didn’t fancy it today. Perhaps I’ll get it tomorrow!?

I received my package 20 days later

Been waiting for my package to arrive and it’s well over due by nearly 2 weeks it’s not good enough at all would understand if it was a day or two it’s a Disgrace

The worst drivers possible, always leave the parcel in front of the door, or to neighbours, without knocking on the doors or put cards in post box, and all the time parcel get lost

I was at home waiting for my parcel nobody turned out and on the tracking its shows tried to deliver but no one was there at home.hermes very bad service ?.I got a door bell no need to search for a safe place.

Parcel dispatched suppose to be with us last week. Still no parcel tracking number not give any information

I wish I could give zero stars, my encounters with Hermes/Evri have been deplorable. Nothing gets delivered on time. In this instance my expected delivery date was 24th July 2023, and apparently they have tried to delivery on a number of occasions (bull!!!!). Evri doesn't recognise my postcode yet it is on a bus route, so how come they have problems accessing my address. Please do not use Hermes/Evri as courier they cannot even find their own backsides.

Absolutely terrible service and no idea why companies use them. Package picked up for shipment on the 11th of July and now expected the 31st of July. Contact numbers don't work.
