Embarrassing was meant to come 2 days ago still hasn’t came now I have to work the rest of the week ruined my days off awful

Absolute rubbish. Ordered an item via Amazon Prime on 24 July. Item should have been delivered on 26 July. Received updates until evening that item would be delivered by 8pm. Nothing delivered! Then updates were amended stating delivery is delayed and expect the item by 31 July. Amazon should stop using this courier.

Never had a problem with Hermes,the drivers that deliver to us are always polite & friendly

Said they delivered to a neighbour which they never did .i ve been home all day. They didnt even leave a card to say what neighbour they delivered to... where s my item ?!

Expected 22 July. Dispatched 13th July. Now saying between 24 - 26th. Still not here and no tracking details to say where it is. As someone said eBay sellers should think about using Hermes couriers!!!

Rubbish not delivered on time, lied about not getting access to property there is no obstruction in front of my house ... Will do my best not to use Hermes in the future, would give zero stars if possible

Tracking says parcel delivered though it hasn't been. Rubbish tracking, hopeless service. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor service - fail to deliver on time every time a company I trade with uses them as their delivery partner.

Never arrives when expected

I was expecting a delivery from Hermes Thursday 20/7/2023 and nothing has arrived I think eBay sellers should think again before using Hermes

Parcel was delivered to our neighbours. Funny thing that we have been at home and waiting for a parcel. Now we don’t even know which neighbour ?‍♀️ hermes as always you doing your worst ?
