I'm expecting a delivery soon by Hermes and all I see are bad reviews... I'm worried now ffs

Worst delivery company ever. Late for 4 days as stated. Even not sure delivered or not today. No email Not reliable Very disappointed. Refund is on the way.

Total crap service delievery. Amazon must try other couriers than this.

Utterly useless. 5 attempts before tracking number yielded any information whatsoever - then nothing further than picked up a week ago. I had to award one star to go through to the comments box, but frankly I would award minus stars if that was possible.

Parcel never arrived and was marked “delivered”. No email updates to support this either.

Apparently parcel was attempted to be delivered. Upon checking cctv and us being home nobody came. Now awaiting a redelivery no communication at present so don't even know if my item will turn up at all. Disappointing

Crap you pay to send a parcel they keep it in there warehouse for 5 days and delivery it back to you with items missing

Wish I could give less than one star. Utter rubbish. Just had a right fight to get a refund on items this 'business' ha, ha, has, very efficiently, lost. NOT THE FIRST TIME. Whenever I order something being delivered by them, my heart sinks. Disgusting.

Wednesday, 19 July 4:12 PM Delivery attempted I am at home, no one contacted me, and no one knocked on my door, so how did the delivery fail, I do not understand.

Our Hermes driver in Desford Leicestershire is brilliant. Always delivers Amazon parcels on time. He is polite and friendly.

Had a email saying they had attempted a delivery at 1.50 pm. Both myself and my wife at home plus a Parsons Jack Russel that goes berserk if a mouse turns a pebble over in the garden! Clearly no attempt to deliver now stuck in waiting and wondering what's actually going on with my parcel!

Absolute joke, delivery attempted twice on the day when two people were at home, but was unable to deliver as no safe place to leave it. No one even came close to the door, total ????
