Amazon tracking shows delivery attempted at 12.09. 3 adults in the property at that time. Someone would have heard. Hermes tracker says it is larger than expected and requires a specialist courier and that it is at the depot. Someone is downright lying, and given previous experiences with Hermes I doubt very much it is Amazon.

Absolutely disgraceful, they have had my parcel since 11th July, now17th July and still not been delivered. If I have an order that is set to be delivered by Hermes/ Evei then I will be cancelling in future and letting the supplier know exactly why.

Parcel was delivered on time and the courier respected our property

Ordered through amazon, said they tried a delivery when I was home all day and no-one even attempted to deliver so now I have to just sit and wait and see if they deliver? Absolute liars and waste of time. Why do retailers use them? I'm supposed to wait in day after day to see if they deliver my paid for goods? Haven't even got the decency to contact me.

Absolutely shocking how this company is allowed to still operate. I can only assume the cockwomble driver decided he couldn’t be bothered to finish his deliveries and buggered off home early. Something should be done about this p**s poor excuse for a company - they’re nothing but incompetent idiots.

hi i got a notification from ebay that my order was delivered to a safe place i checked the trash cans there is nothing in them

I'll consider myself not lucky because the seller chose to send my items with you. I was waiting for 2 days to get my items but for NO REASON I fund Hermes returning back my items to the seller without any explanation, just wasting my time and making me feel disappointed to met with such company like you ?
