I ordered a gift from Amazon to a friends house please tell me why there was no evidence left that the try to deliver the items and also I had to go on Amazon to find out that the delivery was missed apparently and it will be delivered the next day stop hiring these unprofessional goones that are lazy most likely stealing packages or not even really delivering them ok I’m so angry ?

Worst UK delivery company by far .. always dreading every time I order something and Hermes are responsible for the delivery

Worst carrier. I never received the package! It shows in tracking that the package has arrived!

Hermes claim they tried to deliver my package, but I wasn't in. Absolutely untrue. We were in and also have cameras! No delivery attempt was made. So not just a poor delivery company, happy to lie to cover themselves. If I had known hermes would be delivering I would have gone elsewhere.

Awful my package seems to be stuck in there hub waited 3 weeks and still no package said it would be in 4 days

Delivery date was 10-11/7/23 still waiting on 12/07/23. No update, no communication at all despite several emails. Would never choose to use this company I don't understand why companies do!!

Piss poor, tracking info tells me its been delivered, further investigation tells me its not and will be tomorrow. Something wrong with tracking system

You lack something called credibility in dealing with customers. I waited for my order for more than three days, and nothing arrived. You will finish it in the near future.

I'd try getting your driver's to note where the heck the parcel was left if it wasn't delivered to the actually delivery address

The logo they use is meant to be about being fast they are anything but and tracking your parcel gives you very little information

3 parcels not arrived in the last month. The minute it says 'delayed' , you know you're never going to get it! Worst company ever!

All I ever get are problems with Hermes….tracking says it’s been delivered, I haven’t received anything, please provide me with the signature obtained when delivered

It’s been 2 days and my package has never came if it does not come within today I will be taking action to report
