Jokers. Parcel was supposed to be with me by Thursday or Friday. Was dispatched in Amazon on the Monday. Its now Sunday and the status says they are still waiting for the parcel to go to them which is nonsense. I will be telling Amazon seller not to use Hermes in future as it's a shoddy service.

Parcel supposed to be delivered between 11am and 1pm today however its now 7pm in the evening having checked hermes tracking on line saying it will be delivered today but no time I keep seeing flying pigs go past the window so I doubt it's being delivered today and there's no apology nor explanation when I might get it. Oh well only 6 months to Christmas maybe I will have more luck with Santa.

So bad, I have never met such an incorrect logistics company anywhere else, once again I am convinced that you are lying that you cannot find the address, that you came and there was no one at home

Horrible! Horrible service! 3 days keeps my parcel, and did not bother to deliver.... Amazon promised next day delivery.....

Hermes must be the most poorly run delivery business. Every time I get notification they are the courier I can be fairly certain it will be 10 days before I receive it.

Parcel was left outside my door where it could of been stolen, I thought you always did call backs if customer wasn't in

Shocking service, got a message saying No access to DRIVEWAY /PORCH We live on a main road, one step and we're on the pavement. We were in at the time stated so he has never been to the property. Absolute crap service and company. The tracking system is rubbish, it just sends you round in circles and then they have the nerve to ask for a review. I'm still waiting for my package

Lost my parcel hasn’t being updated since the 24/06/23

Isn't the first time when I have to receive a parcel that was ordered from eBay and this company (hermes) don't deliver the item in the right day! Sometimes the order that you need it in that day , second day or third you don't need it anymore..... Very bad service ??

Was delivered not in my house but into shop which is couple years shut. I haven't idea how I will can take my stuff. Terrible.

No information on being able to contact the delivery man/woman to rearrange a delivery time or date very annoying. People have to work. So the delivery person could very well waste there time again and I have to wait even long for parcel ?‍♂️

Once again , parcel NOT received.Says delivered to neighbour but no one in my block has it .Shocking service

Hand over to Prime or go to Evri at least they deliver parcels not leave sat foe days in a warehouse

As always running late. Still waiting 3 days after they have received said item. Not the first time. Bad

Amazon says delivered, however Hermes delivered to a neighbour that I don’t have a clue who it is. We are new in this house and we don’t know the neighbours very well. We will need to trust that neighbour that got the parcel is honest and will knock our door. It was an expensive item. Not happy with this service at all.
