Absolutely shocking company's ridiculous

Would give zero stars if I could. My delivery today was dumped at bottom of stairs in a communal hallway, package didn't even make it to my front door which was only one flight of stairs up.

My parcel was not delivered said it could not access front door or drive which is rubbish as the drive is open to the road. There was someone at home at the time they said they could not deliver so I do not think they tried. Very annoyed

Terrible delivery today. Lady threw my package over my gate and hit me with it. Rude and sped off whilst I was trying to explain what she’d just done

Hermes take too long, always a couple of days longer than other couriers. My heart sinks when i know seller has used Hermes. 2nd class recorded quicker.

Rubbish service. Stated that my parcel was delivered through my letter box. However, nothing was received which I find ery strange as my letter box is not designed for parcels.

I paid a lot of money on my package, and they didn’t deliver it till this moment. The problem is that I can’t contact with anyone

I think it must depend on where you live. I have never had an issue. First rate

if he tried the delivery, why didn't he leave a notification ticket in the mailbox? I do not understand anything

he said that he was looking for me, I was at home and there was no one with the package, so I have to wait until it arrives, I don't understand why
