Stayed in all day yesterday when was told would be delivered Last night told it was delayed and could be another 8 days. Disappointing

Tbh I wasn't going to leave a review haven't got enough nice words to say. Well not any to be fair. This company needs to close down ASAP never had a delivery on time or in good condition

Totally useless. Delivered to wrong address. All promises to retrieve and deliver. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I want refunded. Will be saving money in the future as I will never order anything that is delivered by these idiots

I don't have my parcel, the delivery guy didn't knock, so he probably took the package with him and left.

Worst delivery ever

Not only delivered to the wrong house number but to the wrong street. Suggest employ people that are educated. Unsatisfactory service

Need to speak to someone keep getting a robot and it hangs up so my issue is never sorted

Absolutely rubbish no updates in tracking. The status has not changed for 3 days. The package is probably lost as per normal. I don't understand how a big package can be lost but then again it's Hermes what else can I expect. It's normal for them. I don't understand why Amazon and other large companies still use Hermes. I certainly wouldn't I rather walk and deliver the parcel myself it's quicker

Well as per normal no updates on delivery. The status has not changed since the 16/06/23 waiting for parcel from sender. I assume the parcel is lost. Wouldn't be the first time. I would give 0 stars if I had the option.

Driver rang door 10-15times and banged on it repeatedly all in about 20secs.. Annoyed that it took more that time to answer the door. My wife even said be careful as I answered it, in case it was a madman.

Parcel should have been delivered 15/6/23 update shows out for delivery on 17/6/23 given 2 different times still nothing as normal Hermes crap service. Not even a 1 star
