Very very poor delivery service the date is the date don't go over it its nor good....

Absolutely amazed that Hermes are still going? Late I can deal with, lies I cannot. They have no idea where my parcel is or if I will evert receive it!? What a shambles of a company…

If I knew it was Hermes delivering my amazon wouldn't have bothered with order. Last 5ltrs of paint split and all leaked in box. Omg dreading the state if it this time as its taken 4 days now got a message not arriving by 8pm but between 7-9th so another 3 days. Absolute shi*e service as always

Your service is rubbish

Very poor delivery service, really slow to update delivery information and some of the drivers have no respect whatsoever.

No contact cant find anything out rubbish

A parcel was apparently was delivered on 3rd and nothing not even a photo to say where it is I've contacted the seller no reply I got into with Amazon they want me to get a crime number from police

Driver turns up but NO package on the van for me oh sorry it will be delivered tomorrow. Gets messages they couldn’t deliver as I wasn’t home ! Waited in all today NO sight on a delivery and no messages as to why. Complete wast of time

Said there was going to be a 24 hour delay (understandable). Ended up being a week late.

Did not get passed the first question, system, did not understand... The call used up all my cap money due to numerous attempts... ¯⁠\⁠_⁠ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ⁠_⁠/⁠¯ Useless, bring back human beings..! Manual Systems worked a darn sight better..!

Tracking number says my item was delivered today and signed for however I was not at home did not receive any thing and did not sign anything There’s no recourse to Hermes according to the website it’s unbelievable
