Why is this carrier still allowed to trade! Ive had most parcels dissapear without trace and its the poor trader who has to cough up! Trading standards need to shut this company down who go by the name of EVRI now

Would give zero stars if possible, no info on missing order, absolutely no help whatsoever ?

Been waiting in all day as delivery was before 8pm. Hermes site now saying waiting for goods at depot. Paid extra for delivery, Hermes are the worst of all delivery companies, they just don't care

Delivery time is between 14:30 to 15:30 and I was at my shop from 12nn. They said that they were able to deliver because my business (shop) is closed. This actually happen many times to me with the same reason they always give. Really bad service from this company. Hope seller from different site don't use this. Totally rubbish!

Said attempted delivery on 18th of may - a lie as 4 people were at the house, windows open snd 2 cars parked at the front, no ‚attempted delivery’ note. Awful service. Has now been 10 days, delivery still not here and zero response.
