I asked for my parcel to be left in my front porch. Instead I found the parcel left at the back door on the ground in the open. Its a good job it wasn't raining. Why can every other delivery company leave parcels as instructed but not Hermes?

Package arrived early, delivery driver was friendly, never had an issue with Hermes

Shocking company, can not talk to anyone, they say they've delivered all my parcels but haven't.... avoid.

I had a message saying my parcel was left with a neighbour, which neighbour??? No card left with info!

Well this is yet another parcel that Hermes has lost. Says it’s been at the depot for a week, but still no delivery….. And you can’t ever talk to anyone so it’s a complete waste of time & money ?

Absolute rubbish ...no proper updates ..parcel a day late ..people stay in all day waiting for nothing

I hate it when I know this is my courier. Without exception I have never ever received my goods anywhere near on time.

The world worst delivery service i ever seen…this is the second parcel that they didn’t deliver…you shold stop doing this or check your delivery drivers.

My parcel was supposed to arrive on friday 12 may. Still didn’t arrive always. Always when someone send me something with u guys it s coming late.
