I have received a text that your parcel is delivered but I haven't received anything ?

Stated my parcel was deliveried to a neighbour never even told me what neighbour I have asked all my neighbours in my close and not one has said they recieved my parcel

There website says delivered wed 10th may Still not received the liars

The most rubbish courier service , ever introduced. They are thieves, if your parcel is not insured , forget about it and definitely they will stel it. Abosulte rubbish courier service ever.

Both of my parcels came on time one positive when my first parcel came the delivery driver was polite and nokced on the door but my second parcel came and the driver never did just put my parcel in between the bins in my front garden took a picture and left if it wasn't for a family member letting me know i wouldn't have known that it was delivered

What a rubbish company, tracking shows they securely delivered but I don't received nothing within two days. Sellers have to be stopped using this company so it's maybe affected to shutting down.

Get better service from royal mail, takes forever to get your parcels from them

I have not had a recent delivery from this company recently without a problem. Parcels lost or took ages to be delivered. I'm still waiting for my current order which I have put through on the 1st of May and the seller handed my parcel to Hermes soon after that. Seems like chaos behind the scenes ?

All I can really say is they delivered it, in a broken state and it's not the first time, Hermes have changed to EVRi to try and get back what little reputation they have! And they are still terrible. The worst delivery company worldwide!!!

Apparently 2 parcels were delivered to me n yet no where in site. A 3rd parcel that was sent out same day as the other 2 is still with the hub. Been there for 5 days up to now n still no sign of it moving anywhere. Why do sellers still keep using Hermes. Total waste of space.

Delivery was efficient and fast, though tracking and correspondence rubbish. Big firm need to trim edges ?

Why do people use these people there are reliable prompt alternatives to use
