Absolutely terrible, they never deliver packages on time, I buy a lot of things online & always cringe when the seller uses Hermes as their courier because I know the parcel won't arrive on time if at all.

The worst company ever, the day my parcel arrive I was home but no one knock on the door instead my parcel was thrown over my back door and it was electric device good think it didn't brake

Worst delivery company ever they need a week to deliver a parcel who fits on the mail box

Good afternoon. I am trying to locate my parcel for nearly 2 weeks and yesterday it appeared that it has been delivered which is not true. I haven’t received any proof of something as zi usually receive… a photo/ or a name of the person who received it since I live at waterfront campus snd there is someone always in the office down. Send a violin to the ebay global shipping centre end of march. They kept telling me it never got there and was being returned. After endless emails, nothing, still nothing. Useless diabolical service. And the phone chat can't understand any accent. So you get cut off and can't proceed in any enquiry. !!

Very unreliable service

You say you can’t find our delivery address.. yet every other delivery company (who deliver 8x per week) can find use every time.. maybe you should allocate more time and stop rushing from job to job.. Poor Regards Roy

I never received my parcel

Looks like another hi jack has taken place always happens with these when is and are people gonna say enough is enough and demand alternative carriers

a package marked as being delivered to a neighbor but it is not known which neighbor because there are about 21 houses and I do not have a notice which neighbor?

Rubbish service. Parcel is late. No updates on tracking information. Can't even speak to a person when you ring customer service

Very poor company. You could get delivery quicker by walking to the address yourself, wouldn’t use myself but unfortunately others do and now I am still waiting 7 days after delivery was due

This company is a joke. Why does Amazon even entertain a mere thought of using these clowns. When you say you will deliver an item on a particular day thats what you do! This wasn't even next day delivery, its has been 5 days!
