You aid my parcel had been delayed so where is it

What a joke,need to shut this business down,it's yet another lost item.

Very poor service, packages are always delivered very late.

Tracked my parcel and says delivered to a neighbour, no note left to tell me which one as I live in a block of flats lol ?, now I’m randomly knocking on doors to see if anyone admits to having it and no proof as no note left , thank you

You had my parcel to deliver on your van then I look again can't be delivered because of damage to it its only size of a envelope what is going on with this company

Absolutely terrible, they never deliver packages on time, I buy a lot of things online & always cringe when the seller uses Hermes as their courier because I know the parcel won't arrive on time if at all.

The worst company ever, the day my parcel arrive I was home but no one knock on the door instead my parcel was thrown over my back door and it was electric device good think it didn't brake

Good afternoon. I am trying to locate my parcel for nearly 2 weeks and yesterday it appeared that it has been delivered which is not true. Send a violin to the ebay global shipping centre end of march. They kept telling me it never got there and was being returned. After endless emails, nothing, still nothing. Useless diabolical service. And the phone chat can't understand any accent. So you get cut off and can't proceed in any enquiry. !!

Very unreliable service

You say you can’t find our delivery address.. yet every other delivery company (who deliver 8x per week) can find use every time.. maybe you should allocate more time and stop rushing from job to job.. Poor Regards Roy
