My parcel was apparently delivered, I was in all day and nothing arrived. Why anyone uses Hermes is beyond me!

Shocking. They have had my parcel for 20 days, still waiting.

Never had on given time n date as this time my item should arrive to me on between 15th to 17th but still haven’t had rcv yet

Never received my parcel hasn’t moved since 7th April

Disappointed at poor service. No parcel in the delivery time given or half hour after. Poor, poor, poor

Disappointed, was given an hour window for delivery, 25 minutes after and still no sign of my parcel

Rubbish 1 month later and still not received parcel

Very bad delivery. Got an email to say my parcel had been left in a secure porch at 12.44. we have a ring door bell and a security camera and no one came to our house. Tried to contact Hermes but didn't get anywhere because there saying it's the wrong tracking number. Don't no why company's use them.

. very bad delivery. the delivery boy arrived at the address and threw the package over the gate next to the house. he didn't ring the doorbell. I order live plants. You don’t respect your customers.

Haven't even got my first parcel that's lost and the second one is now overdue so no doubt that won't get here.

I’m not happy with the delivery service they stated that they came by three times I received nothing in my mailbox. and I still do not have my phone. Is it something that you can do so we can solve this problem.

If I'd known the delivery service was Hermes I wouldn't have ordered. No package delivered, and frankly I've given up. Check delivery service before ordering, if its Hermes go somewhere else.

Still waiting for parcel to arrive march ordered will have to get from somewhere else. Not good enough.

You claimed to have delivered my parcel on.Friday but you did not nor left any card to suggest where you have left it. I would give you a no star rating but am forced to leave one in order to submit the review

It says my parcel delivered to the neighbour but l do not get any note to indicate which of the neighbours my parcle was delivered to . I do not know who to turn to.
