Absolutely appalling service

AVOID using this company use royal mail instead. I Paid for next day, now been five days and still no delivery. Tracking information just stopped 3days ago saying at the depot being sorted. If this is not delivered soon it will cost me to refund a customer and the loss of a product. Yet customer services have a i don't care attitude.

Sat in all day when I was supposed to be looking after my elderly father. Parcel didn’t arrive so having to wait in again and unable to care for my dad for another day. Not happy

Hermes has my parcels since end of march and still no items delivered useless company crap crap crap

No forward e.mail. just turned up. Tracking states "will try again next Woking day. No time frame. Needs signature. Poor show.

Says they have to tried to deliver 3 times and couldn't. I have been sat by my glass front door all afternoon and they have been nowhere near my property. Either the driver is going to the wrong address or they are lying. Absolutely disgraceful and I feel sorry for the few decent drivers they do have because they are getting the same bad reviews as the rubbish ones. So many poor reviews about this failed delivery, why aren't Hermes investigating the drivers concerned.

No updates here what so ever...

Dammed incompetent. Did not leave note in door to say he had been. Saw him on camera, rang bell once then got back in van with parcel and drove off. Do not use.

Parcel not delivered yet and was meant to be here few days ago and parcels I have received have been damaged

100% satfiead best delivery service

Tracking not updated. Poor information.
