If there was a rating worse than Zero i would put it. Never ever use this worst company. You wont get your parcel at all. Talking from a very sad experience. Worst courier company ever.

Avoid Avoid Avoid, this company shood be closed down haven't received any parcel sent by suppliers no sign of it 2weeks ago next time I buy of eBay I will check who the courier is if it's these bunch of clowns I will buy elsewhere, Avoid this shower bunch of idiots

Absolute rubbish No update on tracking No expectation of delivery and no indication that anyone cares

Disgusting service, have lied, pretending tried deliver, when I was in and camera outside my door shows have not. Pretended was no safe place to leave, when last few deliveries were left in my shed and not bothered knock on my door

On my Amazon account says delivered. Interesting. Where and to whom? The only thing I know what not for me. And it's every time issues. If I see what my parcel will be delivered by Hermes, I expect the worse. I think it's the worse delivery company because drivers are afraid of their customers and just drop deliveries where they want.

Tracking terrible, customer service non existant lost count of amount of parcels lost by this company, royal mail might be late but you will get your delivery

Lost my two parcels, says delivered but haven't received them , even suppose to of signed for them. Lesson learned never use again. Lost precious photos too. So upsetting.

No tracking updates for eight days and counting. Waste of time and money

Tracking is hopeless. Showing as, at the delivery depot being sorted, but ot just been delivered. Can't be that difficult to keep tracking updated.

Says delivered but not recieved confused as to where they deli ered it and no one knocked on my door
