Very poor had parcel for 8 days now tracking info useless. If i knew Hermes was carrier i would not have ordered due to previous problems. My experience you are lucky to get parcel and even more lucky to get on time.

Totally untrustworthy, lost 3 parcels so far and no matter how many times I contact them u get no payment for insured parcels they have lost

Package broken, parts missing which means item is now non functional.

Reckoned they knocked at 1.02 pm..I let my son in at 12.58 pm.no one knocked .I have a ring door bell and no one came to my house.bunch of useless can't say.

Can not deliver on time, state that it as been delivered and signed for by me, I have not received delivery so how have I signed for it, get your act together.

Tracking was spot on. Parcel delivered on time. Courier polite. No problem at all.

Absolutely useless - parcels are just left outside and marked as delivered

Ordered an item through Amazon, delivery due 30th (today) Knock on the door from my neighbour 3 doors down who has had this parcel sat in her porch for 3 days, no email from Hermes, no text, no card through the door nothing!! Good job she’s honest! Went onto Amazon which is saying delivered but when you go onto Hermes it just says left with a neighbour but no mention of which one! It’s a good job I have honest neighbours and we’re a street where we know everyone or I’d never have found it! Will be checking future Amazon orders to make sure they aren’t using this courier

The courier said there's an issue getting in no way because this place is Man 24/7

Haven’t received parcel (it says online that they have left it with neighbour) but it doesn’t actually state which neighbour and that isn’t very helpful!

Useless company ordered a parcel it was supposed to be here Sunday 26th of March they say it went to wrong depot more like lost it

I received a message that my item would be delivered; sat at home waiting for delivery and got a message from Hermes that they attempted the delivery but failed!!!! Seriously I’m waiting at home for delivery and bell ringed how could you fail delivery when you didn’t turn up

Bought item through Amazon if I’d known Hermes were the deliverers I wouldn’t have bothered. Paid for a 2 day delivery and now it could be up to 4 days before I receive the item. I have already stopped using 3 companies because of Hermes this will be number another I never use again. They are worse than useless and frankly I don’t believe a word they say
