I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give less! The parcel has apparently been delivered to a neighbour even though we were in but we were not told which neighbour f'in disgusting service

What a joke never got parcel said return as damaged but how can you damage something like gemstones probably taken more like it I have had lots of this seller joke

Utter crap service, apparently my package was going to be delivered 2 days in a row. Both totally failed

Unbelievably slow service. Parcels sit at their sorting hubs for days and days. Whenever I have a delayed delivery I can guess who the courier is without even looking - Hermes every time

Where do I start? Parcels consistently left by my front door, which is fully visible and accessible to passers by. Sometimes a parcel is left in my bin, but instead of putting a calling card through my letterbox, you took one into the frame of my door, with the location of the parcel boldly written on it! This defeats the object of putting it in the bin, surely? Also, parcels frequently arrive with the packaging torn, or a he made in the box.....a more suspicious person might think 'someone' was checking for anything worth stealing.... Of course, all this is if it actually reaches my door at all - quite often the tracking shows a pic of a random door and some stranger's legs, with no indication where it could be! My most recent parcel has apparently been sat at the sender's sorting hub since 13th March.

Absolutely rubbish Should be closed down
