Terrible service. Deadline extended. Paid extra for priority delivery. No proper information just this useless system.

Driver came to the door and did not ring the bell and left a card whilst I was at home waiting.

I wish there was a No star rating Waited for my parcel which was delivered to my neighbour - no card left, no contact detaiks and none of my neighbours had taken it in

Shocking been waiting a week for my item they tried to deliver but left no card or any way of contacting them about my parcel shocking service

In my case Hermes deliverd in time my parcel.

So bad services.. No response at all. No updating information about delivery.

After weeks of waiting they said they delivered my parcel through the letter box.How on earth can you deliver a parcel of four shoes through the letter box?Terrible delivery company.Deserve zero rating.

7th of march I ordered for next day delivery. Have asked for a refund as they said I could sorry sir we've already resent item. Best it be here today or I will get a full refund even if item arrives in next few days. I don't need it now I drove to nearest shop to get one u useless bs company

Bloody disgusting service say one thing do another. Says next day delivery yet I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks.

2 days late not given any actual new delivery date very poor service

I'm still waiting for my package to be delivered two weeks after dropping off at my local Parcel Shop, and the recipient is so upset that her purchased item appears to have gone missing! You can contact a human without paying a £6 connection fee! Disgraceful!

Really disappointed I’ve been waiting for a while for my order why is it taking so long for you to deliver it you have one job and you can’t even do it it’s a joke how this company is even still going there is nothing but disappointment from them just shut it down

They said they tried to deliver no one in but someone was in all day waiting. Now have to wait until Monday before they will attempt to deliver! Now have to take day off work to be in just in case they turn up. Crap service.
