Waited and still waiting for delivery after 12 days,How long does it take to process a parcel fcs.Would give a zero if I could hopeless and lazy

I swore never to use Hermes again after they destroyed two items in one week. Now I discover that a missing Amazon order is in the hands of… Hermes. Itshould be mandatory for sellers to say which courier they use up front. My hopes are not high.

What a s** service ! Says my parcel was delivered through letterbox.WHERE ?! cos certainly not at my address! They must pay them really crap money that's why they're probably stealing our parcels and selling them to earn more ?

What to complain about. Delivered courteously and on time as promised. Thank you.

Took two weeks to arrive then turned up smashed! Total crap.
