Absolute sh*t service! Email says delivered at 1pm in a specified safe place despite me being home all day and no one being here at the time (I can see my door from where I work) and I never specified a safe place Went out checked all bins and places in the rain found nothing Searched the tracking online for it to say delivery at 2 then again at 3 then saying it can’t be delivered Tracking system is diabolical!

Only given one star as couldn’t give zero. They have one job… to deliver parcels. So deliver the parcels!!

I was at home all day even I postponed my appointment and nobody came but system says delivery attempted 12.06. Probably lazy driver job.

My package, once again , had sat for over 5 days at a depot. Do not use this company. Cheapest isn’t best

Half a cm of snow and delivery gets delayed!! Any excuse from Hermes,I'd hire better drivers who aren't lazy

Well what can one say should have been delivered today day no delivery how hard is it it to deliver on the day that is supposed to be should have been yesterday but no no but it was meant to be today as well but no no

Well I was meant to get my kindle today. No update txt or anything. Great service. I always find Hermes as the worst currier.

Still waiting for our parcel it’s arrived at hub but been stuck there several days now really not happy and can’t find a telephone number to even be able to speak to someone about it

No info no updates, then 6 days later I find a parcel 20 feet into the back garden! Got no words really…!
