Had my parcel since 9th March. Despite Man utd stating Hermes has the parcel when i try to track it it states they are expecting my parcel soon( its Saturday 11th March) Man Utd charged me £4.95 for a local delivery of 3 babygrows and use a shambles of a company (Hermes/Evri) to deliver it when they see fit. Abysmal of Man Utd and Hermes that this expensive and ineffective contract us alliwed to continue

I pay to have things off amazon next day delivery and I can guarantee every time they use hermes there's a problem and my orders delayed. Absolutely disgusting for a delivery service. If it happened just once I could understand but every order is a problem

Terrible service,should of been delivered today after it was promised but “SHOCK” not even left the depo!!!!! So as tomorrow Sunday,prob be another x2 days at least till I get it,needed it asap as I explain to seller! Terrible service

Mmm how is this company still trading awful reviews and no one at this company appears to want to address this!! Anyway ordered my item a week ago and tracking is just not updated and gives you any indication of time frame, I have decided if I like a product I check who is dispatching item and on that bases do not buy!

Hermes never do anything ob time and got no respect for customers parcels or delivery time.Pure laziness

It says my package was left with a neighbour..which one ? Why didn't they deliver it to me, I was in waiting. How is this company still going, it's incompetent

If I could give them zero stars I would. The only think you can rely on them for is late delivery.

Trying to run a Business when suppliers use you ruined my week

Still waiting for a parcel which I’ve been notified that it was meant to be delivered everyday for the past week. Terrible service
