Normally quite a good experience

Parcel is late with live plant,no information when it's arriving,to stay at home and wait or not....

According to notification from Amazon, parcel was signed for today. Guess what, it has NOT been delivered.

They say the parcel had been delivered and signed for at my address. I'd like to know who signed for it , coz I didnt

Just a drama, a man takes a day off and there is no courier here anyway

Have been expecting a parcel for nearly a month and it cannot be found nor can I get any information on it

Not looking good!! Says delivered through letterbox - we have slot in door that pkg won’t fit through!! Very difficult to contact to get help - just go around in circles

Not happy apparently was delivered on the 3rd of April but it's now the 10th of April and I have not received my package ?

Ordered same day delivery and no parcel/ update for over a week. The previous order w them they just left my parcel on the street and disappeared.

Always rubbish. Always late. Don't know.why people still using tbh.

Rang doorbell but disappeared like a snowflake in summer.

Absolutely appalling service

AVOID using this company use royal mail instead. I Paid for next day, now been five days and still no delivery. Tracking information just stopped 3days ago saying at the depot being sorted. If this is not delivered soon it will cost me to refund a customer and the loss of a product. Yet customer services have a i don't care attitude.

Sat in all day when I was supposed to be looking after my elderly father. Parcel didn’t arrive so having to wait in again and unable to care for my dad for another day. Not happy
