a package marked as being delivered to a neighbor but it is not known which neighbor because there are about 21 houses and I do not have a notice which neighbor?

Rubbish service. Parcel is late. No updates on tracking information. Can't even speak to a person when you ring customer service

Very poor company. You could get delivery quicker by walking to the address yourself, wouldn’t use myself but unfortunately others do and now I am still waiting 7 days after delivery was due

Unfortunately, I received a message that I had received the package, but I did not receive or sign something I am so sad because this package was a gift for my son ?

This company is a joke. Why does Amazon even entertain a mere thought of using these clowns. When you say you will deliver an item on a particular day thats what you do! This wasn't even next day delivery, its has been 5 days!

Lost our parcel by delivering it to 'our neighbour' despite having received no instruction to do so.

States they are still waiting for my parcel on 10th April This was dispatched 9th April. Who knows where the heck it is. I gave 1 star only because I couldn't give 0

No matter what I order as soon as I hear it,s late or having problems and realise that hermes is the courier I can sed that this is usually the start of a long drawn out process. Your service is useless and I am very surprised that people put their trust in you to deliver their items. I think your service is dismal and should I find a product that I wish to purchace I will not buy from suppliers that use you to deliver it. This latest item has now not been delivered and my address is so easy to find I give up.

Absolutely terrible delivery service. My parcel was left in my rubbish bin. On the day it was emptied! They don't care, this was not the first time, and even after being promised it won't happen again, I just know it will. Why do company's use this useless courier???

My order said delivered but been in all day and still nothing from them tried getting in contact but when I did it gives u a voicemail to confirm first 3 numbers but my first on is a letter so instead off putting you through it asked the same thing over and over not on where's my parcel
