They said they tried to deliver the package and no one was home but I was home and the driver didn't even came!!!Bad services!!!

Apparently nobody was in for the delivery. I have been waiting in all day for my delivery and the driver would have to walk past my window to get to the front door. I sense a case of CBA syndrome

Useless bunch of cowboys. They have had my parcel at my local depot for 3 days. It's been on the way to the courier twice had the label reprinted and still not found its way to being delivered. Joke. Useless. You get what you pay for. Or maybe not even that. Cowboys

Have waited all day for this delivery and then to get message it has been rescheduled then another message to say they attempted to deliver it at 10.36am today but was a problem which is a downright lie as have been in house all day bloody waiting! What a bloody joke !

shocking serves items not delivered had to ring amazon for refund not a trusted company would never use you again or order anything that will be delivered by you avoid this company at all cost

Waited in all day for a parcel because it was on one day delivery, lost a full day's pay as I couldn't take it as holiday . I am really fed up with hermes/everi this company is not fit for purpose they have no customer respect or service, if any of my orders in future are coming with hermes they will be cancelled.

Amazon delivery - supposed to be here today. Waited in, now saying they are still processing it. How does this company still exist!?! Why are AMAZON still using this woeful mob!?!
