Absolute rubbish how are you still in bus????

Parcel was left at my front door and I found it only because I was going out with trash

No update... parcel takes forever to process

I have received an email that they have tried to bring the order to my home and within 24 hours they may return it, I was at home and no one has come

you are very good at work and fast in delivery

Why people still use these Goons to deliver is beyond me

You said that i had a delivery yesterday but know one came and iam still waiting for it so am i going to have the parcel today

Parcel been at local delivery office marked as delayed for 6 days now. No confidence it will ever arrive!

My package hasn't moved for more than 10 days. Unfortunately, this is not the first case! I've already had 3 parcels go missing, causing more than £400 worth of damage and I haven't received a single apologetic message since. Shame

I was informed an attempted delivery was done today at 9.03 it’s a lie utter rubbish I was in no one called or a note left. Why don’t you start telling the truth.

One of the few times Hermes delivered my parcel, it was two hours late but arrived at the right house for on e.

Do I have to give 1 star. Zero would be far better! Still waiting & no delivery information whatsoever on their tracking site. Abysmal service (as usual)

Awful. The tracking never moved for four days. Cancelled my order with them and used a more reliable courier. At least I know I'll receive my order with someone else delivering it.

Absolutely crap company, every parcel that actually do receive is battered. Hate this company as they have broken so many of my items, and lost many more of my items. Every box that does arrive looks like it's been kicked and stamped on, what an absolute joke. Wish Amazon would stop using this Mackey mouse courier
