Parcel arrived in UK. 1 st Aug, delivered to Rugby Hub 4 th Aug, seems to have n xxow got lost. This is not the first time this has happened.

Worse delivery company I ever seen. Incompetents from top to bottom. Lost, damaged, opened and stolen parcels.

Absolutely rubbish, do not make attempts after first time

It's bad enough they didn't turn up when they said but the parcel tracking system is fifth rate. I don't know whether to expect it today and wait in or contact the depot. Hopeless

I have provided instruction to put the packs to the back ground. The courier just put the staff at the front door which facing to Main Street! I am not at home for few days, what a good sign for burglary! Hermes sucxs

I can't find my parcel

Absolutely crap service, worse couriers in the UK, how can a parcel from the same town take 6 days to arrive. This isn't the first occasion of poor service. I'll use someone else from now on.

Amazon delivery info stated 'tried to deliver, but unable to as further information needed. No messages from Hermes to advise me of what to do.

I ordered a suitcase 22 of July and my suitcase is not delivered to my door until today. Today is 7th August and l m already on my holiday without my ordered one.lf l will get then l am going to send it back. 3 weeks was not enough ?

I ve got my parcel delivered to me and it was opened. Why the service is very poor! Do they understand the driver shouldn’t be opening the parcel.

They can t deliver anything in less than a week.and if you send to a hotel and ask them to leave it at reception,they don t.it s too hard for their low iq brains
