I've been waiting for the parcel at the door and they never turned up. Very bad courier.

Ordered through Amazon. Parcel delayed. No further information given. Never arrived.

Awful just absolutely awful delivery was apparently attempted twice however I was in both times and I’ve not heard the door I live in a block. My buzzer did ring earlier today. However I unlocked the door but nobody ever came to my flat door. It’s a simple as just getting in the lift and coming to my door Royal Mail can do it so why can’t you?

Claimed they tried to deliver my parcel which is not to true and is a lie because I was in and no one attempted to deliver it

Poor performance, package not delivered

You say you attempted delivery , that is a lie I have a camera at my gate and one at the front door no one came!

Worst courier service in UK. They mark items from Amazon as on their way for days and I cannot claim refund or cancel. Avoid them!!!!

I don't know why companies use these people. They are the worst delivery company on the planet.

Apparently driver can’t find my address but have no contacted me on my number to ask where I am or to meet me anywhere they can get too!

Delivered on time driver was really polite and very helpful

Amazon says my order is running late, carrier has the package. Direct me to Hermes who says they are yet to receive it. It is already late and I really do need it, and I can't seem to find a way to resolve it!

Absolutely no I've had a lot of parcels over the last 2 weeks and every single one of my parcels this company has apparently delivered has been delivered to the wrong address that's 5 parcels. F ing joke

First said unable to deliver and deliver next day, on the 24th, which I have no idea why as no one else has any issues then a message was put that the item was put through the letter box at 11.59pm which it defiantly hadn't. Put one star as had to rate but I'm afraid the rating would be below 0 if I was able to rate the company.
