Unless can't get hold of anyone parcel was sat in where house for 2 weeks then left out in the rain opened up had to get sent back as was so damaged was no good

Says they have tried 3 attempts to deliver was incorrect tried once today and it’s telling me to contact Hermes but haven’t any details so I am at a loss

This isn't a review as such but it's a reaction to another review that accuses all delivery drivers of being thieves. This just isn't true, I've been lucky enough to never have had a problem with my deliveries from Hermes and I've had a few so the comment regarding all drivers being thieves is absolutely untrue. I understand that there are those that haven't had the same experience as myself but that doesn't mean people can make disparaging comments about a whole workforce.

You say that you have delivered to a neighbour but not stated which one. You may as well not have delivered it. This is a paucity of service beyond compare. Sort it out.

Worst delivery service in the United Kingdom. All their drivers are thieves and they have lost people thousands and they just do not care. Avoid these people.
