My item has been in transit since the 18th November and so far all I get from Amazon is it's delayed.

Absolute garbage. Changing company name won't help either. Had a unit sat in their depot doing NOTHING for 5 days now, all I get is "your parcel has been delayed" from Amazon. Since when did next day delivery turn into a week? It's always these last mile couriers that ruin it for everyone. Gl at Xmas but stay away from Hermes / Evri if you can.

Shocking! They have told Amazon the parcel has been delivered to "my safe place".... and where would that be? Two parcels were "delivered" but don't know where. How is this company still going!!!

Item delayed said it was attempted to be delivered both myself and husband at home but bell not rang and door not knocked

Parcel not received, and it states that it has been delivered.

4 days to attempt to deliver and never deliver nothing. Very bad service. Another companies deliver very fast and easy but your company not works, and also don’t respond any message.

Parcel was not delivered watched on camera's walking away with item under arm.

shipping came quicker than said which is fantastic put the package in a safe space so happy!

Late delivery & Poor communication

I can't speak for the company as a whole. but in my case, I did not receive the goods even though they display it as delivered. As a result, the goods were not received, money was lost and a lot of unpleasant emotions were felt.

My usual delivery lady is Steph and she is very good.

Useless always telling me my parcel is delayed but they have literally just drop of another package. They also tell you they have attempted delivery but no one was in which is a lie as my mum is always in. And to top it all off they dump my package in the hedg because they can’t be bothered to deliver to my house
