Absolutely crap service the delivery driver never even came up the street where my parcel was to be delivered

Says on your website my product was delayed on 1st December 2022 and it will.be sorted in 24 hours. Still.waiting for this on 6th December 2022. Website still saying 1st December 2022.

Agree with comments so far Hermes & EVRI absolutely terrible, last few weeks 3 parcels not delivered or lost no info using tracking number only yet more excuses. This lot could not run a piss up in a brewery

Parcel not delivered, suprise suprise. Tracking never updated from when they received the parcel.

I should have received my parcel yesterday, waited in all day, now no one seams to know when I'll get my delivery.

My parcels has been ‘in holding’ with Hermes/Evri for over a week, I have not received a ‘pay your fee’ card and the only contact is a phone number that charges £6 whether you get your query answered or not! Hermes was flawed but Evri is AWFUL!!! Do NOT use this service if you want your parcel!!!

The worst delivery service. I don't understand how you can loose so many parcels. Ridiculous.

Ticket put through door says ' left in outbuilding ' I havnt got one ! Where's my parcel !!!

ordered some christmas presents 4 weeks ago delivery was meant be 2 days later not recieved anything so now going have to fork out a second time. would recommend noone to use this courier.

Delayed both my packages no regular updates there a complete joke wouldn't recommend to anyone !

For a short time I thought Hermes was starting to improve its service a little bit, however I have to say it's went back to being worse than ever. I sit & wait in for deliveries that state would arrive on that day a week later & I'm still waiting. There's no updates, apart from being told by supplier it's not even left the facility, that they will eventually deliver next time they're in my area, I've paid for item & delivery so therefore expect it to be delivered, this service is bad.

The worst company I have every come across Hopeless can not speak to a human being Web site says they have a depot in Kirkby Liverpool after travelling to Kirkby it has been closed for some time.

Your customer service is very poor, your depot have had my parcel since 30/11 and no attempt has been made to deliver it. 1 message on 1/12 saying there was a major incident. What is so major you can't deliver a parcel or update anyone after 6 days. Can't even get to speak to a human only get put through to robotic messages, massive thumbs down from me. How you have the cheek to charge for you service is beyond me. I was forced to give at least 1 star rating but trust me its zero.
