Been waiting for weeks still not got it not happy it's a xmas present

Awful company never had a deliver without an issue. The tracking information is false. And this was confirmed when the one of the drivers delivered a parcel

Parcel was delivered saying delivered to neighbour no one on my street has seen it

Worst courier on the planet!

Problems delivering my parcel first time, redirected it to my neighbours address. Tracked parcel saying my parcel had been posted through my letter box. Went to my neighbours to collect my parcel.... surprise surprise not received. Honestly don't know why business's use Hermes anymore. Totally useless. That's a Christmas present lost.

Rubbish delivery company. Had my package since 23rd November cannot provide updates on expected delivery

I order wing mirror screen from Energized and you gate it second day and you said to deliver Friday second but until now no parcel so for the reason is poor delivery and is not first time for my self this 5 time you lost address wrong time wrong day always hemes and evry troubles

Seems to have gone downhill .much room for improvement. 24 hours what a laugh.

Even a star you don't deserve, second parcel I am missing and I can get no one to tell where it is. So, unreliable, so unfair...I have no words

Supposed to be delivered between the 1st and 3rd December and all I'm seeing is that the parcel is at the depot and no update, surprised that seeing all the reviews, companies still use Hermes....

Ordered item said 2 day delivery now been waiting 6 days. Don’t know how they get away with it.
