I just like to say Hermes have been great. Every time we have been out they find a secure place to leave the parcel. Very pleased.

Shocking service!! I placed an order that was sent to the courier on the 28/11/22 and still not received. Order cancelled and refund requested.

Lost my parcel still waiting 3 weeks later

I've just found my parcel in the garden after being thrown over the fence on 30th November by your delivery driver. I was not informed it would be delivered on the 30th November, I was not given approximate delivery times and was not told it had been delivered ( by throwing it over my fence!). Luckily it has not been damaged. This is appalling customer service

Can I give a lower rating please?

Worst service I have ever experienced why this company is employed to do deliveries baffles me.

Says dispatched ... my item is meant to come today can I have an update of what parcel shop its at my kids Xmas play tomoz nothing but a piss take this

No update on late parcels

Been waiting since 27th November for parcel, checked tracking and it's still sitting at depot

Before this order id actually say Hermes and evri were one of the best delivery services going. But with this order there are rubbish, they don't.fkve you an update or if the do they say it will.ne delivered next working day so I stay in and it's still not come. Now I don't know if it's down to the strikes that are going on at the moment or not but if it is I wish they would let people know. What is actually happening

Three times this week parcels have either been lost or delivered to the incorrect address

Absolute farce. Drivers cannot even read door numbers. Parcels held up for ages, or delivered to the wrong address. Disgraceful.

I can not get over how many parcels go missing posted 18th Nov and still the parcel has not arrived
