Awful courier service always late for delivery

What a rubbish company

Never got my parcel

Parcel been at local depot since Friday 2nd Dec & was supposed to be delivered on Sun 4th but still not here & its now Wednesday 7th so virtually a week wasted just sat at local depot. Rubbish service !

Parcel supposed to have been with me between 2nd - 4th Dec as that was what was paid for. We are now in 7th Dec and still no parcel.

Never tried to deliver but says sorry we tried to deliver but business was closed , i was in the building the whole day no attempt was made ,information not been updated ever since ,4 days now.

Parcel was supposed to have been here on Friday 2nd no show then got a email saying it was in there depot it would be here on Tuesday 6th still no show got up this morning it said be here today Wednesday 7th came home from work to go on and check and it's now saying still in depot they've ill email when out for delivery what a joke ?????

I have been waiting for my parcel for 8 days now all I seem to be getting is delayed on 2 separate dates am really fed up with the way this company is working it is absolutely disgusting I won't be using this company anymore you really need to get your priorities right.

If I could give a 0 that would even be too good for the service. There couiers are the most perthatic unprofessional people. They are putting parcel in front of your front door and taking a picture and then throwing your parcel anywhere they see fit. So basically anyone can just walk off with your parcel and they have a picture of your parcel infront of your door and that is all the evidence the company require to say your parcel has been delivered. As for customer service what customer service how do you contact these people every number I have tried has not worked. What a disgrace total joke highly unrecommeded

Was told on 23rd november that my parcel was delayed for 48 hours its 7th december and still no parcel or update they aare USELESS

Ordered something for my son and it still isint here the delievery was meant to be 2 days later and im still waiting nearly 2 weeks later

In the last month I’ve had 4 deliveries by Hermes on time no problems

What a load of rubbish Hermes are one small parcel and they have lost it change your business to lost and lost never to be seen again
