Worst delivery company ever, parcel has not moved in over a week.

Awful package late on Amazon website and saying delivered on here what the heck is goin on

There is no words to describe how bad this service is. Idk how they still exists... boycot all companies who use them till they close this scam

Still awaiting delivery no show.no update on track order.i have never had a problem with them up till now.it should have been delivered the 3rd now 7th Notting.

delay in the delivery of the package, lack of contact options, only one phone number and even that is chargeable, I'm still waiting for the wonderful day when they will deliver my package

My parcel was picked up by Hermes on 22nd November. Supposed to be delivered today? No sign of it, had a message on Amazon to say it will now be between 8-12 Dec! If it doesn’t arrive I can get a refund! How about amazing stops using Hermes? Never get a delivery on time.

£90 lol doll bus just left at the side of my fence,with no message to say its been delivered and where so it was left there from the 5th until the 7th, they didn't even bother to come into my garden, i have CCTV of this person and will be taken this further, disgusting!!

Should have received my parcel a week ago still waiting, no email to confirm when I’ll be receiving my parcel…. Hermes absolutely waist of time.

Delivery driver gave it to a stranger that signed for it. No GPS trace for where it happened. I had to refund eBay buyer and still trying to get something back from Hermes. Truly awful. Sad I had to give 1 star

You can guarantee that Hermes won't deliver
