Steals parcels never get delivered

Don’t know why they using other drivers for my parcels as they dump all on door step and go ? I’m not al was ya at home . My usual driver Henry knows us all well so why is he being taken over by strangers it don’t make sence

IM ABSOLUTELY FUMING AT THIS COMPANY.. IVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL VALUE £34.99 BOUGHT THROUGH EBAY. THE LIES THAT WERE TOLD ABOUT WHERE IT WAS, PHOTOGRAPH OF ITS PLACE LEFT WHICH WAS SOMEWHERE BUT NOT HERE! ITS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO RELY ON! EBAY WONT REFUBD ITEM EVEN THOUGH IVE APPEALED TWICE.. THEYVE CLOSED THIS CASE. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE! EVER! They won't let me post this without rate... so, take the one star off this when read! It's worth absolutely nothing!

The worst delivery company, fed up with waiting pn my parcel from Monday. Needed it for yesterday. Wasted my Monday waiting

Absolute garbage. Had a parcel of mine that should have been delivered on 29th Nov. Its now 8th December and no sign of it and no update on when I'll get it.

I have never had to deal with such a group of half witted,incompetent,bone idle,lazy and not caring about their customers,parcels left on the ground floor that sometimes are stolen,parcels left on my doorstep and before I've opened the door they've gone like it's a game of knock and run,seriously heroes or whatever you call yourself you need to make sure your couriers do their job correctly,I've lost money due to courier incompetent,a parcel was delivered to my next door neighbour on Friday for me,didn't get a note through my door letting me know and had problems retrieving it,just tried to track another parcel which you have had since 28/11/2022 still no updates,how you stay in buisness I'll never know,before I buy any more items I will ask the sender to use another courier company
