I have never, ever, had any problem with hermes deliveries!!

How are you still in business. You first deliver an incomplete parcel and now I’m still waiting for the rest to arrive, should have taken 3 days but still waiting a week later!! Worse courier ever. Do us all a favour and leave deliveries to the professionals.

Rubbish - consistently late

How can businesses etc continue to use this shocking and useless delivery company?

Ordered a dog bed on 16th Oct, still not received it... apparently they are "expecting delivery of my package soon", been saying that for weeks! What a joke!

My parcel was due 25th November and still waiting. Not acceptable at all

Failed delivery attempted 2nd Dec drive un acceptable!!! Strange how DHL and next managed to open a gate!!! Utter unless still waiting today!

Just useless , your had my parcel for 11 days , when are you delivering it .......

This is the worst delivery company ever, they never deliver on time and won’t inform you of any likely date when your order will be delivered. They lack information. Please don’t use them if you are in a hurry to receive your package

Waited 2 weeks so far pointless having a tracking system where you can not track your parcel

Worst ever don’t even worth a star from the 29th my delivery stuck with no update keep Checking and still the same .

Delivered to secure location but did not state where that location was, absolute rubbish
