Service is a joke waiting 2 weeks to come still nothing still at the depot let you know when out for delivery still nothing

Just the worst! I always order next day delivery and for whatever reason they always use Hermes! Or “ evri “ and surprise surprise it never comes next day. Always like a week after. My parcels always delayed! And it’s a nightmare to get hold of them! I’ll never understand why anyone would use this company!

My item has not arrived yet should of been delivered by the 3rd dec its now the the 9th ,tracked info has not updated since the 28th nov

Worst company ever why does companies use them . They say try to deliver but come no we're near your property. Then you never get your parcel

Absolutely the worst courier company ever still not received my items this company is a laughing stock

The worst courier company EVER! No information about late or missing parcels on their website as information isn't updated. Seems to be no way whatsoever of contacting a customer services department with actual human beings be that by phone or chat. This is totally deliberate. Why any retailer would use them to send people parcels is incredible. If customers had the choice of multiple couriers at checkout, I'd bet no one would choose them.

Doesn't deserve a one star also. If there was an option of half a star, I wouldn't have given that also.

They still have 2 parcels sitting at dept since 23.11. y?

Never had a problem until now paid express delivery said would be here next day didn't arrive tracking saying on 7th that it was delayed due to a road traffic incident no further information on tracking since then its a part for my car which is off the road till I get it absolutely shocking

Waited over a week not received anything yet.

Poor service, no communication. Ordered on 23rd Nov should have been delivered on 30th....now 8th Dec no parcel and no movement on tracking. Why do companies use them???!!!

Worst ever No delivery update over 1 weeks Will never ever use this again.

Still waiting on my parcel it’s now 8th December & it should’ve been delivered on 29th November - this company is totally useless !!!!

Absolutely rubbish delivery firm, how they are still operating is one of the world's mysteries. Parcel should have arrived 3 weeks ago, has been dispatched by the seller yet still it sits in Hermes Depot. PULL YOUR F_ING FINGER OUT!!!

I have never, ever, had any problem with any Hermes delivery!!
