I was in when I saw a missed u leaflet posted through the door....annoying to say the least...my doorbell is loud

Omg!! What a terrible service! All my parcels were supposed to be delivered and yet still No show !! Not even anymore information about my parcels and when they are due to be delivered. I honestly don’t understand how they are still going.

This company is rubbish don't deliver when they say what a joke

Parcel should of been with me by the 2nd, now the 9th, no info apart from the collection date. Why oh why are people still using you just such poor service

Worst delivery company in the world. No customer service, no human on end of phone to tell you when to expect your parcel, absolutely joke!

Picked up the parcel on the 3rd December 9th December still not delivered and no communication at all. Poor service

I have never in my life DESPISED a company as much as I do you. The Chief Executive is an absolute waste of space. This year alone you have lost 5 of my parcels. I am now at the point I will avoid companies that use your service. I will be reporting you to the ombudsman. Arseholes

My parcel was meant to be here on 2nd December. It’s now 9th and all I’m getting is “it’s been delayed” I’m a crafter and The parcel is a tool I need to make the Christmas presents I had planned on making my family. If it doesn’t come soon, I won’t have the time to do it. Honestly any other company would’ve delivered long before now. Hermes is an absolute joke.

How do you actually contact these clowns? No e of the phone numbers work!

Shocking order 3 items 1 delivered by dhl came with in 2 days 2 from Hermes still not here next week or so you say

I have found this parcel carrier to be the worst company for not giving accurate delivery information and then non delivery

Tracking says delivered.... no delivery, no proof of delivery. How do you even get hold of this company to find out where they have possibly left said delivery
