My parcel went missing and never arrived ???

This bunch of has bin imcompent monkey's should not be in business let alone be trusted with peoples parcels etc disgrace the lot of them

Never had a problem with Hermes. Always been good service. My last percentage was left with a neighbour as per my instructions if I were not in. I was in but never tried. It’s not really an issue though, at least it was safe. The photo could of been a lot better on this occasion as it was really dark and showed a pair of blurry slippers. I got an alert saying it was delivered but actually had to look at my cctv to see which house it had gone to. That has been my only complaint since living in this area for the past 5.5 years.

Didn’t receive my item said it was at depot for10 days on the trot obviously lost it

Why once again is it lost ??

Still waiting on my parcel says its on its way the worst delivery service ever.

Ordered for next day delivery nearly 1 week ago and still waiting

I was at home when they show they tryed to delyver my item they never showed up at my house and sent my item back to the seller. This is a bed service.

This company is absolutely woeful I don't think I've ever had a parcel delivered on time, I wouldn't even give them a one Star rating.

Absolutely garbage If you’re reading this, these reviews are accurate, they really are this bad. A bat in a Chinese wet market has more chance of getting a parcel to you!

RUBBISH!!!!! SAYS DELIVERED IN A SAFE PLACE, NO PHOTO NO CARD TO SAY WHERE IT IS. YOU NEED NEW DELIVERY DRIVERS THE ONES YOU GOT CANT DO THEIR JOBS PROPERLY. IF I COULD GIVE YOU NO STARS I WOULD.

the worst company ever! I waited a day for the package and it came! this company should disappear! go sweep the streets if you can't handle the delivery
