Again . Waiting for the parcel and is late . You are only one company who can't deliver parcel on time . Tell me if I'm wrong. You sepecjalising with the parcel delivery. Can't believe.

Absolute shambles of a delivery firm. Couldn't organise their way out of a brown paper bag. Still awaiting my delivery after 3 weeks. 3 weeks that Hermes have acknowledged is at their delivery depot

This company is a waste of time would of been quicker collect pakage my daughters item arrived at depo on 4h still not arrived messaged seller from were ordered from they has bad at getting money bk first was due to postal strike now christmas rush and black friday deals never use again like it how says rate doesnt give 0 option

Didn’t even get my parcel and said it’s been posted when I don’t think it would of fitted through the letter box lol jokes

Parcel has been at the delivery depot for 5 days. Not really what we are paying for is it?

Ordered things off ebay I've not had a successful delivery in ages from hermes/evri this company is a waste off time

I have always been impressed with Hermes. The man who delivers in my area is here when he should be and is always friendly and polite. Great job Hermies!

Awful awful people Claim tried to deliver but say i was out- i was not- they lied

I think this company is disgusting and should be reported to training standards

I sent a wood carving that took me 3 days to create. It was packed securely and had extremely Fragile labels all over it. When got there a bird was broken of it. I had insured it but I am told it will take almost a month to do anything about it. Steer well clear of this company if you want your parcel to arrive undamaged!

Don't think I've ever had a delivery from Hermes that hasn't been delayed or gone missing. Do better Hermes!

I'm not sure how these people are still in business, deliveries are shocking, I am lucky if I receive 50% of the parcels sent to me and I live in an easy to find, terraced house, around the corner from 2x Hermes delivery drivers!

Still waiting for a parcel from 9th november says its at local delivery office and there is a delay whats the delay its probably been stolen from the depot i would not reccomend anyone using this service to send items
