This show me my parcel be delivered but i no see

Still awaiting parcel was suppose to be delivered 3rd December and nothing. Not even moved when tracking the parcel.

Parcel at depot in Rossendale been there for two weeks now absolutely appalling service Hermes your General management needs sacking

Parcel not received according to tracking was put through letter box? I think not because its a very large item. Still not arrived...

Quicker for me to have gone to china and picked up product and walked back … the only thing your company delivers is stress to the customer

You are the best delivery company, but again, I think you have a new employee who is not fit to be an expert in sending parcels. You are always honest, but now not, because you called me and said your parcel will be delivered on November 8, and until now, I have not heard any news from you, unfortunately????????

Its almost two since you get my parcel but still not deliver until this date....

I am still waiting on my parcel from 27/1/2022 and it’s still showing on ‘ tracking’ that it’s been sorting at the depot. Why do sellers still using this so call service. They are stealing people parcels and nothing is done about it. Hermes need to be investigated. This company shouldn’t be in business. This is not the 1st Hermes have done this. They need to stop.

Almost 4 weeks that you've got my parcel, more than a week without an update in delivery. Beyond frustrated with this service.

Shocking service when a lot of my parcels are delivered to the wrong address !!!
