Joke of a company should be closed down

Parcel been at depot since the 5-12 it is now the 11-12 still no change hire more staff company too greedy

Shocking. You collected my parcel 22/11/2022 and no update since. I am assuming the item has been stolen or dumped somewhere. You should not be in business. Never again.

You are the best delivery company, but again, I think you have a new employee who is not fit to be an expert in sending parcels. You are always honest, but now not, because you called me and said your parcel will be delivered on November 8, and until now, I have not heard any news from you, unfortunately????????

48 hour delay delivering my golf club despite confirming it will be delivered 9/12. Club still not delivered and absolutely no explanation or update. Very poor.

No updates or anything on my package, over a month late now.

I'd give no stars bur that's not an option, parcel been in the depot for 4 days and no way to get any information it's pathetic

Expecting my parcel on 7th December it’s now 11th and no update, terrible service never buy anything with Hermes delivery attached!

They deliver the package to another house and show you a photo of the package on the ground, where you can't see around or something nearby, to see which house it is.

My parcel has been sat at your depot since the 28/11 it’s now the 11/12 pull your finger out.

Absolutely disgusting worthless service, avoid at all costs. Parcel posted to me on Nov 28th and still haven't received it. They are pathetic!

Ordered on 5th December . Tracking shows still waiting to be collected from seller. I contacted seller and Hermes collected it on 5th . They then said they were very busy. Not an excuse . Other couriers are managing to deliver next day even Royal Mail with their strikes.

Supposedly delivered and signed for 29/11. Fabrication.
