Promised didn't come sill waiting

If I could put 0 I would. Said they attempted to deliver the parcel which is a lie. I was in all day and they didn’t try once.

Didn't show when stated waited up until very late, card pushed through this morning,no details on the card, even though we were both at home and there are 2 out buildings for the parcel to have been left, no idea when the next delivery will be

Said parcel has been delivered to my address it hasn't been delivered yet poor service

Diabolical service, my parcel has been waiting at the processing centre for three weeks. So back to the drawing board for me with a fortnight to go for Xmas. Honestly Hermes/evri have put me off online purchasing

Parcel been left with neighbour but what nee our no card through the door and non of my neighbours have my parcel so where is it

Collected 28th for delivery on the 1st. It’s been in the depot since, customer service telephone doesn’t work - why for 4 years do we have a problem with every single Hermes delivery.

Parcel been in depo since 4th dec now the 12th, really ideal for Xmas gifts!!!!!!!

Parcel in transit for two half weeks got a delivery date for 5th December now 12th with no more updates f—king useless

One of the bad delivery companie I ever seen is Hermes order two weeks before it was same day posted from seller but still waiting for my delivery ?????

Expecting my parcel on Nov.28 its been in the depot for two weeks now.but still no information when its going to deliver..

Nothing received as usual. Why does anyone use Hermes.

Tracking on parcel hasn’t changed since 26th November. Zero stars if it was an option. Service has nose dived since our regular Hermes delivery guy left (Pontypridd)

Almost every parcel hermes have ever delivered to me has been delayed and that's if it makes it at all. Absolutely dreadful.
