Parcel collected by hermes still sat in depo should have arrived 2nd Dec. Still not received it 12th dec

My parcel arrived ealier ,yesterday but not handled to me in person ? Driver went of straight away & now I have to search for my already paid order. He didn't left a notice into my letter box or handled my parcel to one of my neighbours but is tracked as delivered which makes me more as angry ? Hermes should check out their drivers before they get on a contract . As I already know , I'm not the first person to whom it's happened as well. With all the negative comments, which was a big named company Hermes back in the years, I can't see that this company last long anymore because there are hundreds of other delivery services out who doing their job's better as Hermes, now Let me surprise how Hermes

Always late worse delivery service

Poor service 3rd of December my parcel was at the depot apparently. No movement since. This is a Christmas present so annoyed

Absolutely shocking! Tracking says they have had my parcels for over a week yet I still wait. The worst courier service ever in my opinion, why companies still use these cowboys is beyond me. I actually considered delivering for this outfit and when I turned up for my induction I looked at how they were treating everyones orders and decided I would not have my name associated with them and quickly drove away. This company needs to disappear into the ether.

Delay after delay at the hub for 4 days now still no delivery

Waiting for parcel that should have been delivered on 10 Dec tracking shows they have parcel but I'm still waiting

Had parcel go missing in November driver said he delivered but parcel never showed up

Normal delivery courier is brilliant. However I am expecting a larger parcel and according to tracking stuck in depot as can't get anyone to deliver Not good enough. Can't get refund as possible chance of delivery

No sign of my parcel and no news of it other than it "may be lost" and "on its way back to sender". Well which is it?

I vowed I would never use this company again. I used Evri, on collection of my parcel I was given a Hermes receipt, only to find out it is actually Hermes under another name. I feel cheated, my parcel has still not gone anywhere since 21st November. I've not had any problems with Yodel so far I now use them and would not have used Evri if I had known it was Hermes

Both as a sender and recipient I have had no joy with this company. Parcels are either delivered very late, lost or damaged in my experience.

This company never fails to disappoint on every level! I despair when companies I purchase from use Hermes to make deliveries! The worst courier I have ever dealt with, year in & year out!
