parcel been at depot since 3rd Dec, now 12th and nothing happening. I feel for the vendor who has contracted delivery in good faith and must now be facing having to issue refunds to people. I u derstand that the Royal Mail strikes have put pressure on other carriers but the lack of updates is not acceptable

My parcel sitting with them from the 3rd December and still not out for delivery yet and at a time of year where everyone is buying Christmas gifts really poor service this time round

Reading these reviews and I see similar trend; my item been in the depot since 3rd Dec, it was initially scheduled for 7th Dec , then it changed to 12th which is today but no communication yet until now. I think abit of comms will make a difference. Has anyone heard anything yet? This is the first time it is happened to me

Disgusting service my boots never arrived, what happens to everyone parcels you should be closed down and investigated

It is so shocking on how a delivery ment to be with me Saturday just gone hasn't arrived, got and email saying its delivered but no where to be seen. And now being told in the next breath that it should be with me by the 14 of December an absolute shambles of a company, they need to sort out there staff or sort out what ever is wrong with there systems

The package has been in the depot since the 6th of December now the 12th and I still haven't received it... I do not recommend using this company.

The worst deliveries service in a UK. It is my 5th time when I wait all day for my package and I get the message that my package can't be delivered today. Always when my package has to come on afternoon after 3pm they do the same and do not delivering. If I had a choice (sadly it is shop who choosing delivery company ) I would not use them at all.
