Still waiting for delivery of Xmas tree, been at Evri depot since 5th December, they kept changing delivery date for a couple of days but now no information ? Same November ordered a tree from different company that also was sent to Evri waited 3 weeks, never received it. Bloody good time of year for Xmas trees to go missing isn't it ? 2 trees in 2 Months, but have received smaller items that I ordered after both of the trees, how strange no probs with small parcels, but two 6foot Xmas trees go missing.Thanks for ruining my Xmas ? EVRI one's Nightmare ? Don't know why companies use you ?

Online says “your parcel might be lost “.Tracing says it is at the delivery depot.” Not sure what is happening; wish they could communicate, how long to wait

Was always great, but lost two parcels now, what has happened to them, disgusting.

Terrible. Been waiting 6 days and my package is still not out for delivery! I used to work for interlink so I know how these business's work! Hermes was always well known for being the worst of the worst and I can see why now :(

Hermes have had my parcel since 0612/22 still not delivered on 13/12/2 how do they stay in business

Would give them no stars but no option for that, very slow courier for any type of business don’t use them or you will find yourself losing customers as the product you sell may be great but the courier you use is rubbish.

Terrible to deal with

I’ve been waiting for my parcel since the 18/11/2022, it’s now the 13th Dec and it still hasn’t arrived not happy. Received message saying delivery delayed on 1/12/22 nowt since really disappointed with there service.

My delivery lady is always on time and lovely to chat to. Knows where my safe place is and also my work days so comes back later when she knows I’m home. Reason I’ve not given more stars is the distinct lack of being able to talk to anyone when there’s a problem

Out for delivery on 8th December, now 12th not received and tracking now saying it’s at the delivery depot. Where is it really?

My parcel was due Dec 8th but there was a delay however I was kept up to date with the progress & today 12th Dec it was delivered & my instructions followed Thankyou we know how busy you are this time of year
